This really is a wonderful place to stay! A special mention must go to Mr Fotis who made us feel very welcome and really went that extra mile to make sure we had a fantastic holiday!
The location is excellent, just across the road from the pretty harbour of Nea Chora, 10-15 mins stroll to the Old Town/Port, 5 mins to the beach and very close to some of the best restaurants we tried during our holiday.
We had a lovely room facing the rear of the property which was quiet and cool. The room was very clean and well equipped, Housekeeping was everyday and of a very high standard. We loved the personal touches too – welcome gifts on arrival of wine, water, juice and cake, fluffy robes, slippers and complimentary toiletries too.

The house is really well located in front of the sea, 3 minutes walking to nearest beach and very quiet and lovely place, it is also very easy to reach old harbor walking from here. Everything was clean and well equipped. Fotis is very friendly and nice person, always willing to help. We enjoyed a lot the stay there and highly recommend this place.

Fotis apartment is so beautiful and modern and located in the old town of Chania. You can find everything you need next to the apartment, If i come back will book it again. Fotis ia really a superhost! Very recommended. Much Love. Abboudy

This villa is fantastic. Lovely sized pool, spacious and clean. The welcome pack was exceptional and very much appreciated – bread, cheese, ham, fruit, tea,coffee etc. The villa is slightly off the beaten track but with a car 10 minutes to Kissamos which has everything you need. The restaurants and beach are 50m from the villa which is pleasant and friendly and the sea is calm and warm. I would strongly recommend renting this property for your family holiday.
